As the first quarter of 2024 comes to a close, Sensor Tower provides us with an insightful peek into the Android sports gaming landscape in Australia. Here's how the top contenders performed.

8 Ball Pool maintained a steady presence with downloads peaking at 3.8M in mid-January and active users reaching a high of 68K in the first week of January. Weekly revenue showed a slight dip from $14K to around $11K toward the end of March.

The trajectory for Shooting Ball downloads saw an early peak at 3.3M in mid-January before a gradual decline, while active users topped at 17K in the same period. Revenue figures, albeit low, peaked at $13 in the last week of March.

Despite not generating revenue, Soccer Superstar saw a consistent number of downloads, with a slight increase to 1.7M towards March's end. Active users remained fairly stable around the 18K mark throughout the quarter.
